Status

Velanna will typically be found either in the Warden encampment or the library. She's interested primarily in the magic to close down the rifts, so she's doing a lot of studying and whatnot.

Reputation

It's likely known that a Dalish woman was part of the Wardens during Jonas Cousland's command, but her name and face are probably not well-known unless you're from the Amaranthine area or actually a Warden.

Most Wardens would likely be aware that she disappeared on a Deep Roads expedition two years ago, because a search and rescue was attempted, but she was eventually considered lost.

Some villagers in Ferelden might recognize her as the wandering Warden who has been helping people for the past year.
